Entry requirements

An honours degree (at least 2:2 or above) in a relevant field. Applicants without a degree will need to show they have appropriate professional experience and skills to benefit from the course. We may also be able to take into account accredited prior learning (APL) or accredited prior experiential learning (APEL).

Course content

This course will be of interest to interior and spatial designers, architects, and design professionals in related disciplines. It gives a forum to explore a wide range of issues, including creative practice and the psychology of space, and the use of materials, scale and form in the creation of both private, commercial and public spaces. Students examine the connection between architecture and interior design and the creation of both real and virtual spaces. This course is dedicated to helping students advance their practice against the expanding profile of this discipline.

If English is not the first language, a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent is required.
