A good first degree or equivalent qualification At least three years' post graduate work experience in a supervisory, managerial or business capacity (our average is 6 years) A pass in an approved test in English, if your first language is not English We normally ask for a satisfactory Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) This should be valid for the year of entry. The Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) can be accepted if the GMAT is not available in your country of residence. Applicants without a first degree will be considered on the basis of their career to date, managerial or business experience, and potential for benefiting from the programme. You should be able to demonstrate evidence of career progression and achievement.

The Leeds MBA combine the 'hard' knowledge of business subjects with the 'soft skills' now so much in demand in business. Our general management programme is designed to give you confidence and knowledge in the key areas of your business, with the opportunity for specialism through option modules and the MBA Project. The core programme covers the broad fundamentals of business and management issues in ten modules, you then have the choice of three options from a range of specialist business area such as Entrepreneurship, Management Consultancy and International Management.
Our MBA open events take place throughout the year and provide you with a great opportunity to find out more about the programme. Events take place at the Business School and online, as well as representatives from the Business School attending events and exhibitions around the world. Students from outside the EU are guaranteed a place in University accommodation if they are accepted on the course, and apply for accommodation before the deadline. If English is not your first language, you will need a recognised English Language qualification eg IELTS or TOEFL.
