Course content

This online microcredential course explores Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) from a range of different perspectives. Microcredential courses are easily accessible short courses which cover key practical and theoretical in-demand skills, and be used to simply boost your CV or as a route into further study. After successfully completing this course, participants will receive ten Master's-level credits.

Developed and led by an expert team within the Eleanor Glanville Institute, this programme offers learners the opportunity to explore key concepts, develop and deepen their knowledge, and build their understanding of EDI, covering topics such as bias, social influence, control, allyship, and personal leadership. By gaining insights into oneself and a deeper appreciation and understanding of others, learners can develop their own original thinking and inclusive practice.

As well as individual learners wanting to increase their EDI literacy, this online programme is also suitable for businesses and employees and can be delivered as part of an organisation's EDI training provision. It is also ideal for EDI teams working within HR departments.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certification of their achievement and ten Master's-level credits.
