Course content

This programme gives designers the opportunity to hone their creative and professional practice by working alongside leading academics and practitioners in a dynamic and interdisciplinary studio environment.

The School of Architecture & Design offers you the creative freedom to explore your chosen discipline and develop your critical practice. You will join an international community of leading creative practitioners and researchers with numerous opportunities to collaborate with fellow designers and build a network of industry contacts.

Due to the broad remit of the subject, there are five possible pathways within the MA Design programme from which students can choose:

  • MA Design (Visual Narrative)
  • MA Design (Cultures & Society)
  • MA Design (Fashion)
  • MA Design (Graphic Communication)
  • MA Design (Three-dimensional Innovation)

Information for international students

International Students will require English Language at IELTS 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in each element, or equivalent.
