Lincoln's MA by Research Journalism enables students to learn how to manage a complex research project of their choice, while demonstrating initiative and self-reliance in pursuing research goals.

The Lincoln School of Film, Media and Journalism is home to a wide range of expertise in journalism, with academics comprising practising journalists, writers, and internationally recognised researchers.

Graduates may go on to further study at doctoral level and may choose to apply for a PhD within the School.

Fees and funding

For eligible students, there are more ways than ever before to fund your postgraduate study, whether you want to do a taught or research course. For those wishing to undertake a Master's course, you can apply for a loan as a contribution towards the course and living costs.
