Master of Health Management (International)
Entry requirements
Candidates should:
- hold an AQF Level 7 Bachelor degree, or an AQF Level 7 Bachelor degree and an AQF Level 8, 9 or 10 postgraduate qualification in the same or another health, business or management discipline; or
- satisfy UNE by means of other relevant* professional experience by submitting a Statement of Service from your employer/s and/or a resume outlining a minimum of three years' full-time (or equivalent) relevant* professional experience.
*Relevant disciplines and professional experience includes, but are not limited to: health management, medicine, social work, paramedicine, allied health, nursing and community services with health management related content.

Course content
The Master of Health Management (International) provides the learning material and experiences for students to develop the core knowledge and skills required of healthcare managers in a wide variety of public, private and non-government organisations where services for health and social care are designed, delivered and evaluated. This includes but is not limited to hospital and community settings, the aged care sector, government departments, private practice and small business. Students will complete their study program with a capstone unit in which they consolidate their theoretical learning of health management with a 'real world' action research project. The course is delivered on campus at UNE Sydney Campus.
