Course content
This course will help shape your leadership and management skills by embracing innovation and change, offering you the opportunity to think creatively and put your newly acquired knowledge into practice.
It will help you follow a career in management to leadership level in a variety of areas. You will be encouraged to work in groups and will be taught by staff and visiting speakers who are leaders in their fields. The course will challenge and inspire you to think differently about the key disciplines of management.
It includes core modules in management, business economics, accountancy, leadership and creative problem-solving and allows you to tailor the course to your requirements with a selection of optional modules. Teaching includes lectures, case studies, seminars and individual and group project work.
