This MBA prepares healthcare professionals for the challenges of organising and managing complex healthcare services.
The course is designed to respond to the changing global and UK landscape by developing competitive solutions to manage the competing demands of service users, commissioners and regulators.
It is for students who want to maintain a focus on the healthcare sector while receiving a generalist MBA education. Along with modules from the general Executive MBA programme, those focusing on Healthcare will undertake two specially designed modules.
Healthcare management modules are led by both academics, whose research focus specifically on management, and invited management experts from healthcare and beyond.
This specialism is supported by the Centre for Health Innovation, Leadership and Learning (CHILL) a leading centre for research into management and organisations in healthcare.
