Entry requirements

A 2:1 honours degree, or equivalent, in a relevant subject or a master's degree in an appropriate subject. Exceptionally, equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications will be considered. An online portfolio submission may be required as part of the selection process.

English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 with no component score below 6.0.

Course content

If you're passionate about animation, computer games, music technology or extended reality (XR), elevate your knowledge, skills and professional practice to postgraduate level on this Creative Technologies Master's.

You'll cultivate your creative skills with expert guidance from academic specialists and study in a department with the latest technical facilities – including the UK's first Centre for Creative and Immersive Extended Reality. You'll take part in collaborative projects that strengthen your research abilities and examine and explore approaches to creative practice.
