Course content

The MSc Global Human Resource Management prepares you to operate at the intersection of people management and corporate strategy in an increasingly global and digitally connected business environment.

This programme explores how organisations attract, develop and retain talent while responding to global competition, technological change and evolving workforce expectations. You will develop a strong understanding of strategic people management, leadership, organisational behaviour and cross-cultural management, learning how businesses build inclusive and high-performing teams across international contexts.

You will also examine the role of digital technologies, data analytics and responsible leadership in shaping modern workplaces. Through case-based learning, collaborative activities and industry-informed teaching, the programme encourages you to analyse organisational challenges and develop practical solutions to complex people and management issues.

By the end of the programme, you will have strengthened your strategic thinking, leadership and analytical skills, preparing you for professional roles in human resources, organisational development, consulting and people management across global organisations.
