Course content
This MSc Global Human Resource Management (Top-up) programme provides a pathway for students who already hold a Level 7 qualification in a human resources-related field to complete an MSc in Global Human Resource Management.
The course focuses on developing advanced research and analytical skills relevant to business and human resource management. You will build on your existing knowledge by exploring research methods and applying these skills to an independent dissertation or consultancy project within the field of global human resource management.
Throughout the programme, you will critically examine contemporary issues in global HR, organisational management, and business strategy. The course is designed to strengthen your ability to analyse organisational challenges, apply research-informed solutions, and contribute to strategic decision-making in HR and business environments.
The programme also includes professional development opportunities to enhance key skills such as presentation, critical writing, negotiation, and research.
