The MSc Project Management is designed to develop advanced strategic, leadership and delivery capabilities for managing complex projects in global environments. The programme responds to the realities of contemporary project practice, including digital transformation, hybrid working, sustainability-driven strategy and global stakeholder ecosystems.
You will develop expertise in strategic project execution, agile methodologies, governance, risk management and sustainable value creation. The curriculum integrates contemporary project management frameworks with emerging practices in digital innovation, cross-cultural leadership and environmental, social and governance considerations. Teaching reflects real-world project environments through multi-continental case studies, simulations and industry engagement.
Validated by the Association for Project Management and aligned with professional standards, the programme enhances career readiness through practical application and certification-linked content, including Agile principles connected to AgilePM Foundation.
The degree culminates in a substantial Capstone Live Project, where you will apply your learning in a real-world context through a consultancy challenge, research internship or start-up pathway.
