With optional pathway accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

This course explores employment relations and selecting, motivating and developing staff. You also get special training to help you understand HR management in its strategic, organisational and financial contexts.

You can apply to base your dissertation on project work with an organisation. Recent projects include the review of a large organisation’s training programmes to improve engagement and reduce employee turnover.
