This intensive two-week course offers a practical introduction to the principles and strategies that drive efficient, resilient, and sustainable supply chains. Across ten interactive sessions, students explore the flow of products, information, cash, and returns, examining how leading organisations design and optimise these networks.
Week 1 focuses on global challenges and supporting flows, while Week 2 dives deep into product flow management, covering inventory theory, advanced models, and coordination contracts.
