The AAT Programme
When you join, you’ll start working towards the AAT qualification. As an AAT Apprentice, you'll get involved with client work as part of a supportive and inclusive team. Our apprentices have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele representing various industry sectors, giving you a well-rounded experience. We prioritise your growth and development by providing you with a mentor and training manager throughout the programme.
What does our Outsourcing team do?
Our Business Outsourcing team is responsible for performing various financial and accounting functions on behalf of a client company. Our team is typically engaged by businesses to handle specific accounting tasks, allowing the client company to focus on its core operations while benefiting from cost savings and specialized expertise.
What do we look for?
We look for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy a challenge and we welcome applicants with a minimum of 2 x A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent, 5 GCSEs grades A*- C or 9-4 (Maths and English Language preferred) or equivalent. Business Outsourcing is a technically demanding discipline, so it’s important that students can grasp new subjects quickly. You don’t have to be a math genius but it’s important you are confident with numbers and have good attention to detail. You’ll often need to explain complex financial information, so you’ll also need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
