We are an established, award-winning technology consultancy. Our goal is to make a real impact on improving diversity within the tech industry and offer fast-tracked career opportunities to people from all backgrounds and experience levels; our Tech Academy is the driving force behind this.

The Academy

Our award-winning Academy offers a structured path into the IT industry. We welcome candidates from any educational/employment background.

The programme offers 12 weeks of comprehensive training delivered by our brilliant training team (all of whom are Scale Factory Consultants themselves, so you’re learning from people who have actually done the job themselves and can offer practical, real-life insights). Following this, there is the opportunity to complete various industry certifications and exams - all funded by Scale Factory and supported by the wide network of mentors within the organisation.

Once you’ve completed your training, you will be placed with one of our clients and embedded in a supportive and collaborative team. We pick placements based on the natural aptitudes and skills you showed in training, what you’re interested in, and on a strong fit between your personality and the client’s company culture, values, and progression paths. Many of our Academy Consultants will receive a permanent offer of employment from their client, while others may choose to stay with Scale Factory and continue to thrive on one of our consulting career pathways.
