An honours degree 2:2 or above (or international equivalent) in a health or social sciences discipline, or an equivalent appropriate qualification that includes substantial public health content.

Course content

Explore the socio-cultural aspects of global public health and develop essential skills in epidemiology and incident management.

Accreditation and professional recognition

The module Contemporary Issues for Leaders in Global Public Health meets the criteria set by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) for the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. Students who successfully pass this module will be eligible to gain the award as an additional qualification at no additional cost.
