Entry requirements
Eligibility
Business Eligibility: UK businesses from any sector operating for more than one year and having between 5 to 249 employees are eligible. Please note that charities are not eligible.
Applicant Eligibility: You must be a decision maker or member of the business's senior management team, such as chief executive, finance director, operations director, etc.
If your business employs between 10 and 249 people, two people from the same business can attend the course.

Course content
Delivered by Cranfield University and accredited by the Small Business Charter, this course is intended for senior managers and owners of small and medium-sized businesses.
The Help to Grow: Management Course will help boost your business's performance and resilience. This 12-week online course is also designed to fit around your existing work and personal commitments.
The programme offers 50 hours of support over 12 weeks, including:
- Eight online 2-hour tutorials
- Four online case study workshops
- Twelve peer group calls to share knowledge and experiences with your fellow course participant
- One-to-one support from a mentor to provide you with personalised support to develop your business growth plan
You will be provided access to the Help To Grow Alumni Programme upon completing the course.
*90% of the course fee is funded by the Department for Business and Trade. Businesses pay £750 per participant.
