Months of entry
Our courses offer students the chance to study real-time software engineering for industrial systems such as industrial processes, mobile telephones, avionics and other computer-controlled applications.
The School of Science and Technology offer two courses:
MSc Computer Science was designed with Siemen to develop graduates with high-level software skills, in response to the current growth in newly computerised and automated systems. This course offers the opportunity to undertake a one year paid work placement in industry to further enhance your employability. Start the MSc in September.
The MRes Computer Science course incorporates a Research Methods module designed to develop knowledge, skills and experience that will provide students with a firm foundation for carrying out a major research project. Students have an opportunity to study two further modules in order to develop specific technical knowledge related to their research project. Entry onto the MRes start in Septemeber and January.
Other related courses include the MRes Electronic Systems.
