You need a strong academic profile including a high 2.1 or first class honours degree. If you have a 2.2 honours degree and previous work experience in psychology or a related area, we will consider you on an individual basis. International students Typically you need qualifications equivalent to a UK undergraduate degree and the equivalent of 60 credits in psychology at undergraduate level. If English is not your first language you typically need an IELTS 6.5 score with a minimum of 5.5 in all skills or equivalent. If your English language skill is currently below IELTS 6.5 we recommend you consider a Sheffield Hallam University Pre-sessional English course which will enable you to achieve an equivalent English score. If you do not have these qualifications, or you are unsure whether you have the equivalent, please contact us.
