Course content

The MSc Strategic Business Management is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and is aimed at graduates who have an interest in developing an in-depth knowledge and a critical understanding of the key aspects of strategic business and management. In particular, those who are looking to pursue, advance or switch to a career in business management will benefit from this course. New from September 2022 – this course will have an optional Placement Year to gain significant skills to enhance your employability.

You will develop a broad understanding of the most important concepts in management with a strategic perspective. The University of Law Business School prides itself on the depth and practical relevance of the knowledge delivered on its programmes by academics with practical experience. You will apply theoretical concepts and business models to real-life case studies, in a practice based environment. The course can be studied online or on campus. This degree is ideal for those interested in a future career in business and management, including roles such as manager, consultant, analyst or entrepreneur.

You can expand your study experience by rotating across our campus locations in the UK and Berlin. During your time at ULaw Business School, you can complete modules at alternative campus locations, returning to your ‘home’ campus to complete your final module. Visa restrictions and study conditions may apply, however you are supported throughout the rotation process.
