We bring a depth of kowledge and understanding to assess risk when operating in highly sensitive industries where there may be highly volotile substances or actions being performed.

You develop advanced skills and knowledge of operational safety, risk management upstream oil and gas processing, loss of containment, fluid dynamics, plant, layout, human factors and more. We have developed this distinctive programme with leading IChemE industries for anyone with a Chemical Engineering, Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering background, or good chemical/chemistry knowledge. We offer you over 40 years experience as a key centres for safety engineering drawing on our neighbouring energy industries in Aberdeen.

Courses include: Process Risk Identification and Management, Upstream Oil and Gas Processing, Loss of Containment, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Applied Risk Analysis and Management, Process Plant Equipment and Operations, Process Design Layout and Materials, Human Factors Engineering, and your research project
