Minimum of a 2.2 at degree level, but students are expected to have produced work at a 2:1 level, from an appropriate subject – Psychology or Cognitive Science or business or management studies or acceptable equivalents. If students do not have the above requirements but have at least two years relevant work experience, they will be invited to apply and each case will be considered by the Programme Leader. All students from non-majority English speaking countries require proof of English language proficiency. The following qualifications and grades will be considered - GCSE English language grade A-C - IELTS 6.5 (with no less than 5.5 in any band) Other English language tests are accepted. Please contact the International Office for details.
Months of entry
Course will develop skills and knowledge needed to apply psychological principles within organisations.
The following modules are taught in semesters A and B (excluding optional modules):

- Business Psychology Project,
- Consultancy Skills,
- Contemporary Strategic Management,
- HRM in organisations (Business Psychology),
- Human Potential and Performance,
- Individual and Organisational learning,
- Oranisations and Change,
- Research and Professional Skills in Action,
- Selection and Assessment.
In semester C students undertake a project, normally conducted in an external organisation.
Information for international students
If English is not the 1st language a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent is required. Pre sessional English courses are available. There are a small number of scholarships available for International students. Check on application.
