Guided by researcher-academics and seasoned practitioners, this course equips you with analytical, strategic, and financial tools essential to be a future founder, investor, or business leader in global entrepreneurship.

This engaging course introduces you to the financial and governance challenges unique to early-stage businesses. You’ll discover where investment decisions, ownership structures and governance models can determine a start-up’s success or failure. You’ll also gain insight into the international legal and institutional contexts that shape entrepreneurial activity worldwide.
