Course content

This course is suitable for individuals wishing to pursue a career requiring an understanding of the international impact of accounting information on stock markets and corporate finance. The course provides an international perspective on the theory and practice of accounting, alongside studies of financial management and securities markets. There is a particular focus on the move towards harmonisation with international accounting standards and the impact of leading standard-setting authorities.
