Course content

The PG Diploma in Career Education, Information and Guidance in Higher Education provides a thorough training for today's higher education career and employability professional. The flexible nature of this course allows you to complete the core modules and then follow an individual track through the optional modules linked to your professional pathway.

The Postgraduate Diploma provides thorough training for today’s higher education career and employability professional. It is delivered in conjunction with the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) and is taught with them. It is also approved by the Career Development Institute (CDI) as meeting the qualification requirement for the UK Register of Career Development Professionals.

The course consists of six 20 credit modules: two core and four optional. You will start with the core modules, firstly, Career Development Theories and then Challenges of Careers Work in Higher Education.
