Job description

Bring your proactive attitude to our dynamic team, help local and global businesses succeed, and build on your tech-savvy skills. All while you embark on a career journey you can own, shape and grow.

About the programme

Enjoy the perks of working full time while you study for a degree. That means experiencing life from one of our buzzing offices – as well as enjoying the university experience. This kind of exposure to the real world will see you exploring your options in a supportive workplace environment. Here, you’ll focus on the worlds of digital and emerging technology, collaborating to prevent cybercrime, safeguard client businesses, work on case reviews, test the resilience of IT systems and more. This is where you’ll progress with purpose as you help us build a better working world.

What will you be doing?

  • Specialising in Data Architecture and Integration, Solution Engineering and Development; Data Science; Technology Operations and Service Delivery or Cyber and Information Security.
  • Collaborating with passionate colleagues in a hybrid environment as you put your ambitions into action.
  • Analysing data sets, designing, prototyping and building new tech solutions for clients, and advising different teams on leveraging new technologies.
  • Helping clients use the latest tech to deal with complex issues like fraud, automating compliance processes, chatbots and the future of work.

Technology on the programme

Join us in Assurance, Consulting Service Delivery, Enterprise Risk or Technology Consulting and put technical theory into practice for our clients. Learn to enhance the power of data, support clients face to face, adapt with the ever-changing landscape of tech, and push yourself to reach your full potential as you study towards a BSc degree in Digital and Technology solutions with BPP University.

This is where your adventure begins and where you have every opportunity to build an exceptional experience. Embrace the challenge as you help us build a better working world for everyone.

Are you eligible to apply?

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and to have completed three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent).

We welcome applications from all academic backgrounds and are looking for people who will succeed at EY today and tomorrow. That's why, through our recruitment process, your academic performance will be considered against your online assessment scores to determine your suitability for an EY role. We’re also proud to partner with RARE recruitment, so that your application can be processed in the context of your socio-economic background.

Extra government requirements

  • For this programme, the government has further additional requirements.
  • You should not be in receipt of government funding for further education, higher education or learning support.
  • You should have UK/EEA Nationality or Permanent Residency Status and have resided in the UK/EEA for at least 3 years prior to starting your apprenticeship.

If you already hold a qualification, or have completed an apprenticeship, at the level of this apprenticeship or higher, the skills you will obtain through this apprenticeship must be substantially different to the learning and skills you have already obtained.
