Entry requirements
2:1 or above (or international equivalent) undergraduate degree. Your degree can be in any discipline but must include an appropriate level of business, management, organisation or psychology content. We may make an offer based on a lower grade if you can provide evidence of your suitability for the degree.
In exceptional cases, relevant work experience may be a substitute for the degree requirement. You should have no more than three years’ relevant work experience.

Course content
Develop specialist knowledge in HR and learn how to manage people effectively in modern organisations. This course prepares you for roles across human resource management, organisational development and people strategy.
You’ll explore contemporary employment issues and gain a strong understanding of how HR operates in a changing global workplace. You’ll learn practical approaches to managing people, supported by the latest theory, and develop the ability to use HR data to attract, support and retain employees.
