Course content

The MBA Healthcare Management develops advanced management and leadership skills for professionals working in, or aspiring to work in, the healthcare sector. The programme combines core MBA principles with specialist knowledge of healthcare systems, preparing graduates to lead organisations in a rapidly evolving global health environment.

Students explore key areas of management including strategy, marketing, finance, leadership and project management, while applying these concepts to healthcare organisations and services. The programme also examines innovation, digital transformation and change management within healthcare systems.

The course emphasises practical application and problem solving. Through case studies, consultancy projects and collaborative learning, students analyse real organisational challenges and develop strategic solutions relevant to healthcare settings.

By combining management theory with sector-specific insight, the programme prepares graduates for leadership roles across healthcare services, policy, consultancy and healthcare-related industries.
