About this Course
This MA is a practical program designed to equip you with the knowledge and entrepreneurial skills needed to succeed in the global music industry. The course provides a critical understanding of the legal, economic, social, and cultural frameworks that underpin the music business.
You will learn about all aspects of the modern music business, including:

• Music publishing (including how it makes money).

• Adding music to a video game or TV show.
• The costs involved in making an album.
• How music festivals and opera companies operate.
