2:1 or above (or its international equivalent) undergraduate degree. Your degree can be in any discipline. We may make an offer based on a lower grade if you can provide evidence of your suitability for the degree.

Course content

Develop the managerial, analytical and practical skills needed for a career in the rapidly changing retail industry. This course is suitable for graduates from any discipline who want to build expertise in retail management across headquarters, stores and supply chains.

You’ll explore key areas shaping modern retailing, including e‑commerce, supply chain management, data analytics, sustainability, consumer psychology, operations and customer experience. The course blends theory with practical application, using real case studies and perspectives from firms, consumers and society.

For the summer, you can choose to:

  • complete an independent research project
  • undertake an industry internship (competitive and not guaranteed)
  • develop and launch your own retail start‑up
