Course content
MSc Global Business Management provides a comprehensive understanding of how organisations operate and compete in international markets. The programme explores global business operations, supply chains, strategies and organisational structures that shape industries across different economic and cultural contexts.
You will examine how digital transformation, including generative artificial intelligence and data-driven decision making, is reshaping management practice and business models. The course also explores global trade, international operations, sustainability in supply chains and inclusive leadership approaches within a rapidly evolving global economy.
Teaching focuses on practical, case-based learning that connects theory to real business challenges. You will analyse real and simulated scenarios, work collaboratively to solve strategic problems and develop critical thinking, decision-making and communication skills relevant to international management roles.
The programme is delivered in block mode, allowing you to focus on one subject at a time through immersive teaching and applied learning activities. Through industry engagement, networking opportunities and a major live organisational project, you will gain practical experience and develop the professional skills needed to operate effectively in global business environments.
