A good honours degree in a subject unrelated, or partially related, to real estate and construction. We welcome applications from mature applicants with non-standard qualifications who have relevant work experience. These applications will be considered on an individual basis.

Designed for those wishing to pursue a career in the real estate investment and finance business in international markets, this new course is an addition to the established suite of MSc Building Surveying, MSc Planning and Development, MSc Real Estate and MSc Quantity Surveying.

These five courses are designed for students with first degrees in subjects unrelated to real estate and construction.

The MSc International Real Estate Investment and Finance course offers:
